This site is built by “Captain & Stoker”, a company specialized in career coaching. In our experience we notice that people are more satisfied in their careers when they can work in jobs that closely align with their ambition, interest, values and strengths. The main themes on this platform.
We present 3 modules and online coaching:
1. The best way to shape your future is to know yourself: you get content and exercises to reflect on your experiences, values, strengths and development opportunities.
2. The best way to shape your future is to create it: we will support you to draw the road towards new goals in your career.
3. Tips from the other side: when you want to look on the market, you get insider knowledge on how to stand out from the crowd.
You are free to go through this website in the way that suits you best. You can follow the set-up of the website or go directly to the topics that interests you most, skip exercises or do them in a different order.
Because this is a personal process, we include 90 minutes of online career coaching with a professional coach. You choose when and how you want to plan this time: at the start, after finishing a couple of exercises, at the end or a combination of these different options.
