I am a true millennial: I am faced with so many opportunities, all of which I want to grab, that I lose my way. I was stuck in a job in IT consulting, while I felt that my true passion was actually with marketing. Thanks to career guidance, I rediscovered the direction I want to go in. My coach created a pleasant atmosphere, and I enjoyed our walks in the woods together. She asked the right open questions and was a great listener. Among other things, she gave me the assignment to create a mood board of my dreams
and a ‘road map’ of my journey so far, and that helped me enormously. With carefully chosen questions, she gave me direction and above all peace of mind. She handed me the right tools to realize on my own that I was doing quite all right. Everything I had done so far were stepping stones on my path. I will get there!
