NO-FRILLS
CONVERSATIONS

Toward more space and light

In my career, everything went smoothly for quite some time. A nice trajectory with interesting offers, successful job applications, varied and challenging work. After 17 years I couldn’t do it any longer. The lights went out. That’s when I turned to a career coach. It was the first time that I really thought about what I wanted in my job. I remember this as a very satisfying conversation. About what I loved to do as a child. It helped me realize more who I have been my entire life and how I could integrate this more in my work. I resolutely chose to coach and guide people for a living.

I came across ‘Inspirational Coaching’. It touched me. I discovered a simple yet solid foundation for being in life. A no-frills approach that works. This refreshing look at people and their environment is what I love to share with others.

The ever-searching is a constant in my career. I love to learn and have many interests; there’s so much I still want to do. So even now, I regularly seek out a coach who stimulates me to think about what I really want. When I, as a coachee, experience room for doubt in a conversation, then I feel like I can choose more easily afterwards. That’s what I need. A breath of fresh air and setting course again and again. And appreciation helps too.

I adore having conversations with people. Helping them see that more is allowed than they thought, that there are more possibilities than they feared, that inner freedom can do more than they realized … That makes people shine. And me too. Whether or not they take certain steps. Coachees are also allowed to just sit with me and be still. So that they can move on again. In their jobs, and in so much more.
